This recipe is especially dear to me. Inspired from my daughter’s fascination for
everything Japanese. The cupcakes are a rich moist, dark,chocolate sponge topped
with green tea buttercream. The green tea used is 100% authentic matcha- finely ground
Japanese green tea. The earthy character of the green tea compliments the dark rich
chocolate so well. Highly recommended.
Cupcakes can also be made to complement a bigger cake.
